As a consumer you have the right of withdrawal described below. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature (§ 13 BGB).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the performance of services begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the trader has fully performed the service and has begun to perform the service only after the consumer has given their express consent and simultaneously confirmed their awareness that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
For booked courses and workshops taking place as in-person events, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the event has begun. The cancellation conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions also apply.
