The courses are designed for teams of 5 to around 20 people. Smaller or larger groups are available on request – just briefly describe what you have in mind.
I come to you – at your premises, an outdoor location or a rented event venue. Alternatively, there are fixed course locations in the Rhine-Main region (Rodgau-Jügesheim) and in Frankfurt.
For the taster course (breathwork only) you don't need anything special. For the ice bath in the Fundamentals course I bring everything with me – ice tub, ice, towels. You just need changing facilities and space.
