When do we meet?
Every Sunday at 10:45 am, from October through April/May – in any weather. Arriving a little early is recommended so you can change.
Do I need experience?
No. The community is open to all levels – beginners warmly welcome. No pressure, no obligations.
What does it cost to join?
The community is free. Just show up – registration in advance is helpful but not required.
Is ice bathing dangerous?
Ice bathing is intense but safe when approached correctly. If you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy or are pregnant, please consult a doctor first. We look out for each other's safety.
