As a certified Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor I lead workshops in small groups (max. 10 participants) following the official WHM curriculum – with breathwork, an introduction to cold exposure and a guided ice bath. No esoteric framing, just a clear, learnable method you can continue on your own afterwards.
Honestly: the course is not in the centre of FrankfurtA serious ice bath with professional supervision needs space, calm and the right equipment – that is rarely available in a city-centre studio. The venue is therefore in Rodgau-Jügesheim, south-east of Frankfurt. From the city it is about 25 minutes by car via the A3.
The advantage: a small group, a genuine outdoor cold-water application rather than a tub in a back room, free parking right at the door. For most people from Frankfurt this is the nearest opportunity to learn the method from a certified Advanced Instructor.
